Job Description:

This role exists to keep our shop organized, efficient, and ready so installers can focus on high-quality work in customers’ homes. This is an entry-level position for someone with basic tool experience who wants to grow into a skilled installer over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
  • Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
  • Stock supplies and assist with basic shop maintenance
  • Load and unload materials and assist with deliveries
  • Support installers on job sites when needed
  • Use tools safely and follow shop procedures

Requirements:

  • Basic experience using hand and power tools
  • General understanding of shop safety
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from the shop
