Entertainment and Activities Team Leader

• Leading an international team of talented and skilled entertainers, sports and/or fitness specialists
• planning, organising, and leading safe and enjoyable daytime and evening activities, such as sports and fitness for guests of all ages and nationalities
• building strong relationships across the resort with all members of the team, whilst also engaging consistently with guests
• delivering the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards.

• Fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team
• strong organisational and time management skills
• fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
• ability to work with a wide range of departments and focus on the overall customer experience
• ability to lead by example and deliver programme as per concept standards.

Ability to speak another European language.
