Job Responsibility:
Position the HPE Storage product, data services and solution portfolio working on selected Enterprise accounts
Expand existing and develop new long-term customer and strong channel partner relationships
Focus on business outcomes for our customers, gladly with the support of our GreenLake Offerings and our Private Cloud and AI portfolio
Identify and engage customers seeking scalable and secure private cloud solutions using HPE Private Cloud Business Edition (PCBE)
Drive adoption of HPE VM Essentials by showcasing its ability to optimize workloads and simplify virtualization for small and medium-sized businesses
Highlight its cost-effectiveness and seamless integration to enhance system performance and reduce complexity
Promote Zerto’s portfolio for data protection and disaster recovery, emphasizing near-zero recovery time and point objectives
Empower customers to safeguard critical workloads and ensure business continuity against unexpected disruptions
Develop a deep understanding of the end customer's business drivers to implement customer requirements in sustainable HPE business via a comprehensive consulting approach at all levels of the customer
Lead projects over the entire lifecycle from initial contact, PoCs, preparation and response to tenders, negotiations to the conclusion of the contract as a lead, managing contracts over the lifecycle
Work closely with Digital Sales and Sales Support teams as well as with Presales, the GreenLake team, Zerto Sales, the Hybrid Solutions Group and the Storage Category
Requirements:
Academic degree in business administration or similar
+5 years of sales experience with complex IT solutions
Profound knowledge of the storage and data services market
Ability to take the sales responsibility for storage, data services, PCBE, VME opportunities
Sales excellence in building a sales pipeline, forecasting and customer management
Eagerness to develop a deep knowledge of our products and solutions with differentiation from the competition
Distinctive customer orientation and consulting skills combined with assertiveness and sales attitude
Team- and goal-oriented work
Creativity, initiative and reliability
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
