Job Description:

The COB & CM Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Job Responsibility:

Develop data analytics, metrics reporting and dashboards
Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form
Support Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM)
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly
Work with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

5-8 years Experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management
Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping
2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred
Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability
Good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation)
Experience work with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau
Experience using scripting languages like Python
Experience using SQL creating metrics
Experience with JIRA working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups
