As an Enterprise (Business) Project Manager you drive the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) business improvement project to deliver measurable efficiency gains within and across business functions (such as Finance, Procurement, etc.) based on further harmonisation process. You are given responsibility to create and execute actionable plans to advance the P2P process to enable the next level of organisational performance, this responsibility covers the full project lifecycle, from aligning the starting points and requirements gathering to deployment, implementation, transition and handover. This role includes elements of both Project and Program Management, with significant Change Management components embedded within it.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) business improvement project to deliver measurable efficiency gains within and across business functions
Create and execute actionable plans to advance the P2P process to enable the next level of organisational performance
Cover the full project lifecycle, from aligning the starting points and requirements gathering to deployment, implementation, transition and handover
Translate business and cross-functional objectives into clear project scope proposals
Establish and advance project governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing by adhering to project management methodologies and frameworks, with a strong focus on results, predictability, and balanced objectives
Drive effective risk and quality management for reliable project delivery
Lead ethically, model company values, and support team development and learning through feedback and continuous improvement
Define and execute a tailored change‑management and communication strategy while coordinating all change activities with stakeholders
Engage stakeholders at all levels, to secure buy-in, foster partnership, and ensure clear updates for alignment and successful transition from project to operations
Requirements:
MSc degree in Business, Finance, Procurement or a similar discipline
5+ previous experience in a project management role with full responsibility and the track record of successful delivery of a business project in a corporate environment
Expert‑level project management knowledge with a pragmatic, results‑driven approach to execution and problem‑solving
Ability to facilitate effective decision‑making at all organisational levels and communicate exceptionally well across verbal, written, and presentation formats
Advanced understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance operations, supported by continuous‑improvement experience and high ethical standards (with international PM certification as a plus)
