Job Description:

The Enterprise Platforms Manager leads the strategy, governance, development, and optimization of the company’s enterprise digital platforms, including ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot), ChatGPT. This role owns the enterprise strategy for ServiceNow, ensuring the platform effectively supports not only IT but also cross-departmental processes in Safety, Marketing, Accounting, Culinary, Risk, and other business units. The Enterprise Platforms Manager drives digital transformation by modernizing workflows, enabling automation, improving collaboration, and advancing digital maturity across the organization. This position begins as both strategic and hands-on, providing leadership to the ServiceNow Administrator while establishing strong business analysis practices and workflow governance frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and define the enterprise-wide strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow as a core workflow and automation platform
  • Own and define the strategy and governance for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot, ChatGPT, and related O365 services
  • Establish platform governance, standards, data structures, integration models, and lifecycle management practices
  • Serve as the organization’s automation leader, leveraging tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow Flow Designer, CoPilot, and ChatGPT
  • Identify opportunities to digitize manual or high-risk processes across departments
  • Oversee the design, documentation, and delivery of cross-functional workflows that improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain automation governance, workflow documentation standards, and intake/prioritization processes
  • Lead the enterprise expansion of ServiceNow across IT, Marketing, Accounting, Culinary, Risk, and other business units
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the ServiceNow Administrator
  • Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions
  • Perform hands-on management and optimization of O365 collaboration tools and Hub
  • Continuously evolve the company’s internal Hub (intranet) to support communication and collaboration
  • Lead user training, adoption initiatives, and enablement programs for O365 and ServiceNow
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow design, and documentation for enterprise platform initiatives
  • Partner closely with business units to understand needs and recommend digital solutions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for platform owners and developers
  • Establish standards for workflow development, BA practices, prioritization, and platform governance
  • Contribute to building a strong enterprise applications capability within IT

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, workflow automation, digital platforms, or similar roles
  • Experience with ITSM or ESM
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and O365 platform configuration or governance
  • Strong automation background using tools like Power Automate, CoPilot, ChatGPT or ServiceNow Flow Designer
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process design
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience directing technical resources
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
