Job Description:

The Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation Senior Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for handling technical strategy, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance while guiding and influencing teams at Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Defining strategic direction and setting business architecture standards
assessing and incorporating regulatory needs into business architecture
creating a standard Enterprise Business Architecture Technology Process
enabling foundational reporting infrastructure
global implementation of common data and data standards
effective and efficient processes and governance
risk assessment and compliance with laws and policies

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
developed communication and diplomacy skills
accountability for significant direct business results
responsibility over technical strategy
ability to handle staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
