The Enterprise Architect, Operational Productivity is a key Enterprise Architecture leader and trusted advisor to the business, accountable for architectural coherence across the Supply Chain and Finance domains. The role shapes, owns, and governs the enterprise architecture for these domains, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating models, and the technology landscape. The Enterprise Architect provides a long-term, enterprise-wide perspective while actively supporting initiatives to ensure architectural decisions translate into sustainable business outcomes. Operating with a forward-looking enterprise mindset, the role drives simplification, consistency, and reuse across people, processes, applications, and data. Increasingly, the Enterprise Architect is hands-on and embedded in delivery, ensuring execution remains aligned with enterprise architecture principles and target states.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision and strategy for Supply Chain and Finance
Define and maintain target architectures and transition roadmaps guiding transformation initiatives
Ensure architectural coherence and consistency across programs, products, and platforms
Define, communicate, and enforce enterprise architecture principles and standards
Act as an architectural authority, governing solution designs and key technology decisions
Ensure new systems integrate smoothly into the enterprise landscape and support long-term objectives
Lead enterprise-level architectural thinking for Supply Chain and Finance transformation
Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks, and opportunities
Drive simplification of the application and data landscape to improve agility, resilience, and cost efficiency
Provide architectural assurance and due diligence for major initiatives
Reduce enterprise risk by ensuring alignment with approved architectures and roadmaps
Collaborate with Agile and SAFe delivery teams to ensure architecture is actionable and supports effective execution
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Senior Enterprise Architect in complex organizations
Ability to operate at enterprise and executive level, influencing business and IT decisions
Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Finance domains and their end-to-end processes
Strong experience with SAP-based enterprise landscapes
Familiarity with planning and supply chain solutions such as Anaplan and Blue Yonder
Familiarity with TOGAF, applied pragmatically (principles, target states, roadmaps, governance)
Experience operating in Agile and SAFe environments
Strong communication skills, able to convey architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders
