Join the team shaping how global brands activate their data. Supermetrics is scaling fast across EMEA! We’re expanding our Go-To-Market team to help brands turn first-party data into personalized experiences that drive measurable impact. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Activation, or broader Martech ecosystems. You’ll own strategic accounts across EMEA, selling into senior digital, CRM, and data leaders at world-class organizations. This isn’t a transactional SaaS role, it’s about solving complex data problems, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and shaping data strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to target priority verticals, including Travel, Hospitality, and Financial Services
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, consistently winning €100K+ ARR new logos
  • Run structured discovery to uncover goals, pain points, and decision dynamics, qualifying opportunities using MEDDIC
  • Build strong business cases that connect customer challenges to measurable outcomes
  • Drive consensus among multiple stakeholders, engaging champions and economic buyers
  • Deliver value-driven demos, evaluations, and proposals with clear next steps
  • Collaborate with SDRs on account strategy, Solutions Engineers on proof of value, and Customer Success on onboarding and long-term success
  • Contribute customer insights and competitive feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Martech, CDP, Data Activation or similar industry
  • A proven track record of closing €100K+ ARR enterprise deals in the EMEA market
  • Experience managing long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • A collaborative, growth-minded approach, eager to share and learn best practices
  • Based remotely in the UK, or Ireland (Hybrid)
