Job Description:

In the heart of Hounslow an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School are on the hunt for an English Teacher for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. Experienced Teachers of English can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, 2iC, HOD and more. Early Career Teacher of English (ECT) will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
Working alongside a team of fantastic Teachers
ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers
Must be willing to listen to feedback
