Engineering trainer and assessor

To work with the Head of Apprenticeships / Apprenticeship Team Leader – Engineering and the Engineering Lecturing team to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship programme including supporting classroom theory/workshop practical teaching sessions. Primarily supporting on site (employer-based) assessments and completing 12-week apprentice reviews for a caseload of apprentices, which meets Bath College quality expectations. Ensures apprentices have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to meet the needs of the industry, Skills England and End-Point Assessment criteria to a pass, merit, or distinction standard.
