Job Description:

Engineering Technical Program Manager role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focused on managing software development programs, driving engineering design and implementation for HPC system software capabilities, and leading technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Manages and leads software development programs involving business and technical functions
Drive engineering design, development, and implementation for new HPC system software capabilities and hardware and software integrations
Direct the development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget input, resource allocation plan
Manage activities of supporting engineering teams and internal and external development partners
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives
Evaluate program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines
Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in working on Active Directory
6+ years of experience in Windows Administration
MS cluster Administration
Networking
Performance Tuning
Patch Management
Windows Upgrades into production environment
experience in customer facing or customer support roles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Typically 4-6 years experience
Using project planning tools and software packages
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources
Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
mastery in English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels
