Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
Advanced degree preferred
12 years of experience (minimum 5)
Experience in manufacturing of soft goods - foam and coated fabrics
Knowledge and experience utilizing standard test methods for fabrics
Knowledge and experience in coated fabric manufacturing is a plus
Knowledge and experience in welding of coated fabrics
Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
