Engineering Project Manager will be part of specific product line engineering organization. In this role you will be contributor for departmental operations planning and execution, working as Project manager and supporting budget planning, costs monitoring, milestones progress, purchased services management and HW procurement. You will contribute actively on the management of external funding projects and will lead new lean initiatives to improve standard work in the transactional processes across the section. You will drive initiatives to provide effective coordination between sub-sections with the help of metrics and dashboards.
Job Responsibility:
Monitors alignment to costs and schedule targets of multiple programs interfacing with all involved engineering disciplines and functions
Drive Standard Work implementation in transactional processes and disseminate lean culture across H/M product line organization
Support Operating Rhythms (DOR/WOR/MOR) to ensure Daily Management System deployment across the section accordingly to FLIGHT DECK principles
May lead small engineering development projects with low risks and resource requirements
Support the project management of external funding projects contributing to proposals preparation, costs eligibility control, administrative and technical reports preparation for audits
Work in coordination with Operations central team to develop and sustain budgeting and strategy process across the year
Support the cost technologies team on cost-out initiatives for the programs
Requirements:
Master Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Controls or Systems Engineering from an accredited university
Proved experience in Engineering in similar role
Experience in Project Management
Experience in product development and certification of engine electrical components
Clear thinking and diligent approach
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems including overcoming obstacles
Fluent written and spoken English
EU work permit
