Job Description:

The Engineering Program/Project Management Specialist 2 will support remote project execution by coordinating deployment deliverables and managing customer remediation activities. This role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting customer scheduling, remediation planning, and progress tracking within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned small-scale projects
  • Manage customer remediation activities associated with projects
  • Contact customers to schedule remediation efforts and confirm availability
  • Develop and maintain detailed remediation schedules with customers
  • Monitor project timelines and track progress against plans
  • Prepare and share status updates and reports with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting or coordinating project management activities
  • Exposure to customer-facing project coordination or scheduling

  • Build a scalable roadmap to increase integration throughput while reducing time-to-go-live and operational burden
  • Develop executive-level metrics and reporting for EMR performance (volume impact, delivery velocity, reliability, and customer satisfaction)
  • Lead end-to-end execution of EMR integrations across the portfolio, ensuring predictable delivery, strong communication, and stakeholder alignment
  • Own intake and prioritization of new integration requests in partnership with Sales, Product, Clinical Ops, and Engineering
  • Standardize project governance across integrations (RACI, timelines, risk management, RAID logs, go/no-go readiness)
  • Drive adoption of repeatable integration patterns (hub-based approaches, templates, automation) to scale delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely transmission of orders and results across partner systems, with appropriate controls and monitoring
