Job Description:

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution to enable and scale AI-powered features across all product areas. Build and evolve the centralized AI infrastructure that makes LLM development systematic, trustworthy, and accessible at scale. Establish evaluation systems, abstraction layers, and safety guardrails that allow Mission Teams to ship AI features with confidence and speed.

Job Responsibility:

Lead all hiring and performance management processes for your Engineering team
Drive high-impact projects and outcomes by managing the team's roadmap and portfolio allocation
Find and deliver solutions to complex technical challenges that span across multiple services and business domains
Establish and evangelize best practices for LLM development across Tech
Balance rapid innovation with production standards
Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across product, engineering leadership, and vendor relationships

Requirements:

Strong sense of ownership
Open-minded approach to complex topics with a focus on simplicity
Strong engineering background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling
Ability to lead and contribute to technical, design, and product discussions
Passion for building and developing a high-performing engineering team
Excellence in evangelism and education

Nice to have:

Experience building platform infrastructure or developer tooling
Experience working with LLMs in production environments
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience operating as a technical product manager/owner
Track record of successful technical evangelism and education initiatives
