Engineering Director, Carrier Distributed Products

We are looking for a Engineering Director to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for this product line as a true business and platform. The core challenge is packaging Ethos capabilities into configurable, independently deployable products that carriers can launch, operate, and continuously improve for their distribution channels. You will lead discovery with carriers, define scalable platform primitives and modules, and drive an operating model that balances reusable roadmap investments with carrier specific configuration. You will partner deeply with Product, Design, Underwriting, Implementation, Security, Compliance, and GTM to deliver outcomes: faster carrier launches, higher conversion and placement, and lower cost to serve.
