Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues
maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment
follow all safety and security policies and procedures
report maintenance problems, accidents, or injuries
prepare and review written documents accurately
enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems
speak with others using clear and professional language
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
ensure quality expectations and standards are met
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
