Join Tutored by Teachers as a Ground Support Contractor in Nashville, where you'll ensure a seamless tutoring experience by assisting students and troubleshooting tech issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform setup or use
  • Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program
  • Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues
  • Communicate regularly with Tutored by Teachers Engagement Managers to keep them updated on how the engagements are running
  • Ensure that all classroom technology (e.g., laptops, tablets) is functional and ready for use

Requirements:

  • Former classroom teacher or classroom experience
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to troubleshoot tech issues efficiently, especially with Chromebooks and iPads
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meets
  • Dependable
  • Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with students, school staff, and the TbT team
  • Able to commit to on-site work at one or more schools in Indianapolis during school hours
  • Access to car, maintain driver's insurance, and ability to travel to school sites independently if you agree to do projects
  • Passionate about education
