Energy Project Developer

Our client delivers energy infrastructure solutions to clients across the United States. They hold master performance contracting agreements with the US Department of Energy, US Army Corps of Engineers, and State of California, among others. Their small and collaborative team has developed more than $300MM of energy upgrades since entering the industry 10 years ago. Their team is dedicated to improving the way in which the built environment uses energy, and believes that the work will play a role in solving some of the greatest challenges facing society today. Testament to their thoroughness, creativity, and dedication to their clients, 100% of their clients have requested follow-on projects and more than half of the completed projects have won major industry awards. We are looking for a Project Developer to add to a small and growing team. Applicants should be passionate about sustainability and have the technical aptitude to manage energy efficiency projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovative energy infrastructure upgrades (e.g., LED lighting, solar photovoltaics, data center power and cooling, etc.), managing an internal team of engineers and associates, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. Success in this position requires a dynamic individual with strong managerial and technical abilities.
