The Endpoint Security Management Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the security of enterprise environments by working with Linux systems and cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technology, strong knowledge of Linux internals, and proficiency in automation and scripting languages like Python. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative Agile team and contribute to the continuous improvement of security solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Be part of a Global cross-disciplined Agile Team working with DevOps practices within the firms Endpoint Security Team
Drive with Linux Endpoint Infrastructure (servers) and experience working in enterprise on-prem and cloud environments
Research, architect, engineer and deploy Linux (RHEL) based OS and Container based security controls
Complete environment configuration, automation, build, and documentation tasks with a focus on reliability and ongoing supportability
Contribute with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent development, communication, and organizational skills
Be responsible for continuously improving the quality of our technology solutions, through a range of methods including peer review, retrospectives and refactoring as required
Requirements:
5+ years hands-on Enterprise Infrastructure technology experience
Strong knowledge of Linux Internals and automation in environments of 10,000+ Servers
Experience in Design/Engineering/Architecting new solutions from Proof of Concept to Production
Ability to troubleshoot complex Linux environments
Competency with any scripting language such as Python
Have an interest to learn/work with cybersecurity technologies
