Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Encompass Administrator to manage and enhance our loan origination platform. In this role, you will gather business requirements, design workflows, and develop effective solutions to optimize processes. You will also play a critical role in troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems. This is a remote role with periodic travel to Florida.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct discovery sessions with business teams to collect and document detailed requirements for the Encompass platform
  • Develop and customize workflows, including business rules, input forms, and milestone tasks, to align with operational needs
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to coordinate system integrations and workflow optimization
  • Provide training support, create documentation, and manage the rollout of new features and system updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues by working closely with loan operations and technology teams
  • Build and execute a roadmap for future platform enhancements, including onboarding processes for newly acquired companies

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Encompass administration, including workflow configuration and business rule development
  • Strong skills in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with Encompass integrations and third-party ecosystem partners
  • Solid understanding of mortgage loan operations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with tools like XML and Notepad++ for configuration and support
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on creating scalable, efficient solutions
