Job Description:

As an Enablement and Development Intern, you will be responsible for developing a Customer Proposal Template for the Data Center Team. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Human Resources, and Enablement teams to develop this content.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing a Customer Proposal Template for the Data Center Team
  • Enable us to submit timely, high-quality proposals
  • Ensure consistent and accurate proposals
  • Help win new business and strengthen client relationships

Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in English, Marketing or Journalism from an accredited university
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Word macros (VBA) and Building Blocks to automatically assemble a proposal
  • Written stories or articles in college or for work
  • Familiar with using Microsoft Copilot (or other platform such as Grammarly) to assist in writing
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Develop internal enablement resources: Create and maintain customized Kiddom product demonstrations, training modules, and internal playbooks that help teams deeply understand product features,curriculum, and use cases
  • Build and manage an internal enablement platform: Partner with Marketing and Product to design, organize, and deliver scalable enablement materials
  • ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and regularly updated
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify enablement gaps and proactively build resources, guides, and training experiences to close them
  • Support internal product knowledge: Ensure all teams are fluent in Kiddom’s high-quality instructional materials, curriculum alignment, product functionality, and competitive differentiators
  • Design and deliver training experiences: Develop engaging training sessions (video, live, virtual, or written) that support team onboarding, skill-building, and ongoing product mastery
  • Leverage learning intelligence: Develop strategies and tools that help internal teams understand how Kiddom supports teachers, administrators, and students, including differentiation, feedback, data, and reporting features
  • Enable rapid response: Provide resources and quick-reference materials that help internal teams adapt to new product updates, changing priorities, and emerging opportunities
