We’re looking for an Employment Support Advisor to help connect talented employees with a disability to meaningful roles across Aruma. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand hiring needs, and match candidates to suitable opportunities within our Employment portfolio. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to provide proactive recruitment solutions and ensure each placement is set up for success. You’ll also play a vital part in preparing and managing NDIS supported employment documentation, including Letters of Support, Service Agreements and Schedules of Support, ensuring all information is accurate, timely and compliant. Job Responsibility:
Build trust with potential employees and families through clear, respectful, and confidential communication
Facilitate workplace tours, interviews, and onboarding processes in line with NDIA and NDIS requirements
Support managers and staff to understand employee support needs and role suitability
Manage administration for onboarding, exits, and work experience students, ensuring accurate documentation
Engage with community partners and attends events to source candidates and promote Aruma employment opportunities

Prepare and manage NDIS supported employment documentation, including Letters of Support, Service Agreements and Schedules of Support, ensuring all information is accurate, timely and compliant
Requirements:
Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to negotiate and manage conflict when required
Great time‑management and organisational skills
Confident using systems, technology and digital platforms
Strong customer focus and community engagement skills
Recruitment experience across multiple channels (job boards, social media, campaigns, search)
Ability to build and maintain strong community and industry relationships
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Current driver’s licence
Ability to travel within the region as required
Nice to have:
Experience in the disability sector
Understanding of NDIS and Supported Employment, including Service Agreements and Schedules of Support
