This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a growing and collaborative team in a well-established and commercially focused law firm, highly regarded for its pragmatic and business-savvy approach to employment law.
Job Responsibility:
Providing day-to-day employment law advice (both contentious and non-contentious)
Representing clients in Employment Tribunal matters, including advocacy
Advising on TUPE, redundancy processes, business reorganisations, and employment terminations
Assisting with the employment aspects of corporate transactions (due diligence, warranties/indemnities, etc.)
Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
Leading on business development initiatives including articles, webinars, and networking events
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
Ideally, exposure to corporate support/transactional employment work
Commercial acumen and ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice
Proven track record of meeting financial targets
Excellent communication, drafting and client relationship skills
A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to progress
