Job Description:

A leading UK Top 50 law firm is seeking a Manchester-based Partner for the Employment team. Responsibilities include managing cases, driving business development, supervising a team, and acting as an integral part of clients' teams. The ideal candidate is experienced in employment law, a strong advocate, leadership-oriented, and passionate about business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Help build and manage a varied caseload working with an enviable client base
drive business development to increase market share with new and existing clients

Requirements:

Broad range of experience in employment law acting for the respondent
passionate about business growth with a strong track record of successful client tenders
experience of supervising a team
