The Emergency Services Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma. The RN triages patients, assesses their condition, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, technicians, and support staff, and ensures timely interventions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN also monitors patient progress, educates patients and families on health management, and maintains accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and regulations. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality care.
Job Responsibility:

Assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care
Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations
Provides service to young adults through geriatric patients
Supports the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital-wide performance improvement plan
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
American Heart Association BLS card
American Heart Association ACLS card
American Heart Association PALS card
Nice to have:
BSN
Two (2) years of Emergency Services experience
