Job Description:

Emergency Home Responder at Progress Lifeline. Progress Lifeline is an award-winning personal alarm and telecare services provider who have been making a positive difference to the lives of over 65,000 customers for more than 30 years. Our key services include: Emergency home response; 24-hour telecare monitoring and response service to individuals at home; The supply, installation and maintenance of personal alarms and advanced telecare devices; Out-of-hours contact centre for housing providers and local authorities; 24-hr response service for emergency calls from building elevators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessing an emergency situation
  • Offering reassurance and comfort
  • Attending emergency calls in the Fylde area when directed by our Control Centre
  • Moving and handling of customers who have fallen
  • Performing risk assessments
  • First Aid
  • Use of all equipment

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and own car is essential
  • It is essential that you reside in the Fylde area to apply for this role.
