Job Description:

The EMEA Remarketing Manager will focus on reselling workplace equipment and contributing to HPE’s financing and asset upcycling initiatives. The role requires strong market evaluation and inventory management expertise, as well as experience with legacy hardware sales.

Job Responsibility:

Driving wholesale sales
Developing new market opportunities for end-of-lease and asset recovery equipment
Assisting with setting residual values for lease contracts
Conducting market evaluations on used hardware to support the asset upcycling team
Managing inventory to maintain optimal levels while supporting business goals

Requirements:

Strong understanding of market trends and residual value setting
Excellent inventory management skills
The ability to conduct thorough market evaluations
Strong teamwork ethic
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation skills
A growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Time keeping and management
University or Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically, 5-8 years legacy hardware sales experience required
Directly related previous work experience
Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota
Extensive industry knowledge required
