Job Description:

The role involves ensuring the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. The Electrician will be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures, as well as diagnosing and repairing malfunctions. The position requires adherence to company and safety policies, maintaining confidentiality, and providing excellent service to guests.

Job Responsibility:

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures
Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning tools, equipment, electrical systems, apparatus, and components
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
Use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes
Test batteries in generators, emergency lighting, etc.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Read and follow blueprints/schematics
Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and appliances
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 2 years of related work experience
Valid Driver’s License
