Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment. Conducts machine testing, troubleshooting and performs emergency repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure a safe and clean work place, while striving for a zero incident culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
  • Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected
  • Uses a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Other duties as deemed necessary
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment
  • Conducts machine testing, troubleshooting and performs emergency repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure a safe and clean work place, while striving for a zero incident culture

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent
  • Two (2) years of journeyman-level electrical experience
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience, or may have Two (2) years’ experience plus an associate degree, or additional training or certification
  • Electrician’s license in work state
  • Highly proficient as an Industrial Electrician
  • Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
