Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our resident site team in the heart of Westminster. This isn't a 'lone wolf' kind of job; you'll be working within a tight-knit engineering department where communication and technical support for your colleagues are just as important as your toolkit. You will be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a prestigious estate, ensuring all electrical systems are operating at peak safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting routine PPMs and responding to emergency breakdowns
  • Fault finding on complex electrical systems
  • Managing minor installations and project works
  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors with a professional, 'can-do' attitude

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Sparky (Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds + 18th Edition)
  • Must be a team player
  • Comfortable with a 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 call-out rota
  • Experience in commercial maintenance (Lighting, Power, Motors, Starters, Emergency Lighting testing, etc.)
