Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Electrical Installation Foreman to join our Construction team in a CCGT Power Plant project in Grudziadz, Poland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Check the readiness and safety compliance of each work area prior to commencing electrical installation activities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor the progress of electrical systems installation and identify any deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules
  • Ensure that electrical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements
  • Coordinate with other trades and site management to prevent conflicts and delays
  • Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules based on project timelines and available resources
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and report progress to the Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably as an Electrical Foreman in energy/construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
