Job Description:

Seeking an Electrical Foreman with experience in multi-family construction projects. Our client is a leading company in the electrical construction industry focused on delivering high-quality service for commercial and multi-family projects. Their commitment to safety, innovative solutions, and efficient work practices has earned them a reputation for excellence. They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative environment where skilled professionals can thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee personnel administration, including managing daily timesheets, performance reviews, and attendance
  • Direct and supervise field staff to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
  • Maintain and implement the established Safety Plan throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage site administration tasks, including work documentation, subcontractor management, and workforce productivity
  • Conduct weekly safety and job site meetings to communicate important information to field staff and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family electrical construction projects
  • Proven experience leading crews of up to 15 personnel
  • Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Nice to have:

  • Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred, with OSHA 30 certification a plus
  • Bilingual capabilities and U.S. citizenship are advantageous
