Requirements

Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in estimation software (MS Excel)
Excellent knowledge of project cost structures, construction methods, and materials
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in estimation or tendering in relevant industry Infra structure and Data center sector

Job Responsibility

Analyse tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and client requirements
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates including material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect costs
Lead a team of estimators and quantity surveyors to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, execution, and finance teams for inputs and validation of estimates
Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
Develop and maintain a database of unit rates, vendors, subcontractors, and past project costs
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and align them with project specifications and pricing
Prepare final estimation and tender submission documentation in coordination with the Business development Team
Track win/loss ratios and identify areas for improving cost competitiveness
