Electrical Construction Project Manager

• Oversee project controls and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control tasks, including auditing and report writing, are completed timely
• Lead the preparation of bids, and conduct contract and exhibit reviews during pre-construction phases
• Maintain direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues
• Review cost reports and manage budget forecasts for equipment, materials, and labor, while overseeing project schedules and scopes

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, preferably in commercial settings
• Proficiency with Accubid estimating software
• hands-on field experience is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and scopes of work on multiple projects simultaneously
