Job Description:

At The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City, you will ensure the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. You will work with a global team to provide exceptional service and curate lifelong memories for guests, promoting Marriott International's luxury brand values.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue
determine and provide complimentaries to guests
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
enter Marriott Rewards information into software
process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
ensure communication and service standards are maintained
monitor performance to maintain quality expectations
respond to concerns of employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
