Job Description:

Civil and Scape is seeking an experienced EH&S Coordinator to immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be working across several commercial landscape and civil construction projects. Reporting to the Director, you will be required to work with project stakeholders and the project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and seamlessly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a safety culture to support business goals and legal obligations (Environmental, Health and Safety requirements)
  • Managing and reporting on EH&S KPI’s
  • Driving EH&S policies as the business continues to grow
  • Working with site team to complete daily tasks on individual projects
  • Supporting site team with EH&S matters
  • Managing the EH&S operating platform
  • Updating policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and obligations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years industry experience as an EH&S Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in developing a safety culture
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the EH&S policies, legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills / interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights

  • Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products / computer literate
