Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Education Grants Coordinator in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, tasked with coordinating and managing education grant requests, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring process improvements and compliance. You will be working in a dynamic environment, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with different departments to identify best practices and process improvements
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information within the education grants portal and Outlook
  • Conduct thorough reviews of education grant requests for various support types including Clinical Training & Innovation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective requestors, including post-meeting communications
  • Work closely with Sales Administration on ad hoc assignments
  • Assist the Education Team in sending out and collecting annual CTI Utilization Reporting
  • Track data collection of Reconciliation Reports for short-term education grants
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the shared program inbox
  • Assist the Education Team with quarterly depreciation of assets
  • Work with Compliance to fulfill Open Payments Reporting Requirements
  • Coordinate data collection of post-education grant event feedback from Commercial delegates
  • Perform initial reviews of all registration account requests submitted into the education grants portal.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in reporting and data presentation
  • Experience in providing training and guidance to team members
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards
  • Ability to process payments efficiently and accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in reviewing documents and reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Proven skills in project management and coordination
  • Ability to perform reconciliations and ad hoc financial tasks
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management and engagement
  • Knowledge of clinical trial operations and monitoring tools
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and process improvement techniques
  • Experience with HealthCare.gov and its associated procedures
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of backup technologies and data protection strategies
  • Experience in collaborating with various departments and teams
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
