Job Description:

This is a remote role within Atlassian's revenue operations organization, focused on leading a team of Enterprise Deal Managers in the APAC region. Responsibilities include managing the deal lifecycle, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Build and manage a team of Enterprise Deal Managers
ensure efficient deal execution and effective deal structures
provide strategic deal advisory support
mentor junior analysts
lead cross-functional projects
operationalize new products and pricing changes
ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in deal lifecycle management
proficiency in deal structuring, financial analysis and contract management
expertise in quoting, pricing models, product offerings and commercial term structures
experience in lead-to-cash process efficiency and contracting at scale
knowledge of GDPR, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance
leadership and mentoring skills
ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have:

Experience operationalizing new products and packaging or pricing changes
familiarity with project management related to deal operations capabilities
prior work in revenue operations organization.
