As part of the Global Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s innovations, vision, and impact are shared with the world. Job Responsibility:

  • Research, prepare for, and conduct interviews with internal stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to uncover compelling stories and insights
  • Develop and deliver journalistic-style articles and blog posts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with editorial standards
  • Create engaging social media content, identifying optimal formats, styles, and designs informed by data analytics and best practices
  • Produce high-quality video and multimedia content, supporting format, style, and design decisions
  • Collaborate with and manage third-party content providers and creative partners, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Audit external content with guidance and ensure alignment with brand and editorial standards
  • Integrate corporate editorial and content processes across regions and stakeholders, contributing to cross-project collaboration

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in content strategy and content development
  • Proven ability to craft distinct authorial, executive, and editorial voices
  • Experience in audience development and defining a strong visual voice
  • Skilled at interviewing internal stakeholders to gather accurate and engaging information
  • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with deep content-related expertise
  • Proficiency in social media content creation and strategy
  • Experience with graphic design and video production
  • Awareness of industry trends related to content, communications, and media
