We are looking for a vibrant and dedicated ED&I Administrator to join our clients dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support ED&I Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of ED&I programs that promote awareness and engagement across the organisation
  • Data Management: Collect, analyse, and report on ED&I metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Event Coordination: Organise and promote ED&I events, workshops, and training sessions to engage employees and raise awareness about diversity issues
  • Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication of ED&I initiatives and resources
  • Research: Stay informed about best practices in ED&I and recommend strategies to enhance our efforts
  • Client & Sales Support: Assist with onboarding, CRM updates, meeting follow-ups, and tracking the sales pipeline alongside the IIE Manager
  • Operational Admin: Manage shared inbox, maintain filing systems (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote), coordinate meetings via MS Bookings, and support procurement and renewals
  • Communications & Projects: Draft and distribute newsletters, support benchmarking cycles, and handle ad hoc tasks to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in ED&I: Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of ED&I principles and practices
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions and improvements
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a passion for working with others to achieve common goals
