Job Description:

We're seeking a strategic and motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to help drive our digital customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing e-commerce and digital projects from inception to completion – that transform how we connect with customers and accelerate our business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and other technology solutions
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and marketing technology trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 7 years of project management experience with a strong focus on ecommerce and digital marketing technology
