Job Description:

We're seeking a strategic and motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to help drive our digital customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing e-commerce and digital projects from inception to completion – that transform how we connect with customers and accelerate our business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors
Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and other technology solutions
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and marketing technology trends and best practices

Requirements:

7 years of project management experience with a strong focus on ecommerce and digital marketing technology
proven track record of successful project deliveries
deep understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce ecosystems
proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities
ability to communicate project status, progress, and challenges with clarity and transparency
foster collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and external vendors
strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing technologies
excellent leadership and team management skills
proficient in project management tools and methodologies
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
