Job Description:

Manager Owned Content Programming role for a world-renowned sports brand. The manager will take control of the owned Content Programming to ensure a diverse and compelling owned proposition that drives user retention and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • ensure a diverse and compelling owned proposition that drives user retention and growth while meeting KPIs and maintaining content standards
  • deliver a best-in-class content experience across app and web products, ensuring content is highly engaging, relevant, and well-presented
  • partner with the Data & Insights team to ensure content experience, programming, and formats are data-driven and aligned with supporter preferences and behaviours
  • drive operational excellence with Content team peers to ensure efficiency and consistency across the content commissioning process
  • develop personalised content programming experiences tailored for multiple audience segments across the platform
  • collaborate with the Content team’s Operations & Planning unit to strategically plot key activation and implementation periods within the app and web platforms, focusing on both short and long-term planning

Requirements:

  • proven track record in content programming, merchandising, and editorial execution within a large digital platform
  • experience with developing personalised content experiences for diverse user segments
  • strong understanding of user experience principles and a passion for optimising digital content to enhance user engagement
