drive operational excellence with Content team peers to ensure efficiency and consistency across the content commissioning process
develop personalised content programming experiences tailored for multiple audience segments across the platform
collaborate with the Content team’s Operations & Planning unit to strategically plot key activation and implementation periods within the app and web platforms, focusing on both short and long-term planning
Requirements:
proven track record in content programming, merchandising, and editorial execution within a large digital platform
experience with developing personalised content experiences for diverse user segments
strong understanding of user experience principles and a passion for optimising digital content to enhance user engagement
