Job Description:

In the IKEA world, this position is officially referred to as Fulfilment Operations Co-worker. The starting rate/salary for this position is 18.15 CAD.

Job Responsibility:

Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage of merchandise
Unload and manage outbound merchandise
Secure merchandise for safe movement
Document and remove damaged merchandise
Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
Maintain safety and security in work areas
Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact

Requirements:

Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
People-person, good at building rapport
Results-driven
Team player, but can work solo
