Job Description:

This is an early-career role for builders who thrives in turning ambiguity into momentum. You'll wear many hats across the People team, but the core job is simple: jump in, chart the path, and drive projects based on business priority and impact. You'll make an outsized impact on Notion's People Experience by supporting the People Leadership team on high impact initiatives such as Employer Brand, Internal Mobility, and Global Onboarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategize & Streamline: keep the People team aligned around strategic objectives, spot gaps, put process in place, unblock teams
  • Drive Business Impact: drive projects from idea to execution, ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes, adapt quickly to feedback, keep initiatives on track
  • Partner with Leadership: support People leadership to navigate complex, sensitive matters
  • Collaborate with, well, almost everyone!: partner with a wide range of Notinos and work across the organization
  • Shape Culture: build strong relationships across the organization, act as a culture carrier, help preserve the values and moments that define us

Requirements:
