Experience coaching teachers or delivering training on EAL strategies (preferred)
A practical, student-centred approach with a commitment to inclusive education
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for supporting learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
The ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a dynamic, multicultural school environment
