Job Description:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant & Administration Manager to provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. This is a pivotal role where your skills will shine!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the CEO's diary, inbox, and travel schedule
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings
  • Assist with project coordination, follow-up actions, and key communications
  • Create and manage board packs
  • Attend meetings to take minutes, track actions and follow up
  • Handle expenses
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage office equipment and IT assets
  • Liaise with building managers and suppliers for facilities management
  • Administer office budget
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events
  • Develop and maintain office policies and supplier contracts
  • Manage Health & Safety compliance
  • Support day-to-day HR tasks
  • Track holiday, sickness, and absence records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an EA or Business Support role
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Discreet, trustworthy
  • Knowledge of HR processes is beneficial
  • Willingness to undertake some limited travel when required
