Job Description:

AllSecurityEquipment.com is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive eCommerce Virtual Assistant (Catalog Specialist) to oversee and optimize our product listings across multiple sales channels. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and performance of our product catalog across Amazon, Shopify, Odoo (ERP), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, loves clean data, and can efficiently manage large product catalogs while ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned across all platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, manage, and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces
  • Maintain data consistency between Odoo (ERP) and sales channels
  • Add new products, variants, pricing, specifications, and images with precision
  • Ensure SKU integrity and proper product categorization across all platforms
  • Monitor listing accuracy and proactively fix discrepancies
  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes for marketplace standards and SEO
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay listing requirements
  • Improve listing quality, completeness, and conversion readiness
  • Prepare and manage bulk uploads using CSV files and marketplace templates
  • Clean, validate, and format large datasets using Excel
  • Audit product catalogs regularly for errors, duplication, or inconsistencies
  • Work closely with purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date
  • Manage timelines for new product launches and catalog expansions
  • Document processes and maintain organized workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, or similar marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of product catalog structure (SKUs, variants, attributes, pricing, images)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, filtering, data validation, bulk formatting)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

Nice to have:

  • Experience with product data scraping (Python, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with bulk import/export tools for marketplaces
  • Experience working with large supplier catalogs or technical product inventories
  • Understanding of marketplace SEO and listing performance optimization
