An established and fast-growing retail brand is looking to appoint a commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to take day-to-day ownership of its ecommerce website and digital performance. This role sits within the marketing function and is central to the next phase of online growth. It will suit someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on ecommerce and digital marketing experience. You will manage and optimise ecommerce and digital activity across channels, improving customer journey, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with marketing, development, and design stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day ecommerce performance and onsite optimisation
Manage paid search and paid social activity alongside agency partners
Lead email marketing strategy including automation, segmentation and personalisation
Deliver against KPIs including conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchase rate
Drive CRO initiatives in partnership with front-end/design teams
Collaborate with internal developers on site improvements and testing
Support integrated digital campaigns across acquisition and retention channels
Produce performance insights and recommendations from analytics
Requirements:
Proven ecommerce management experience
Strong data analysis and performance optimisation skills
Experience managing paid media and CRM/email channels
Confident working with agencies and cross-functional teams
